Marine Components

Stainless steel investment casting, also known as lost wax casting, is an advanced technology widely applied in the production of marine components. The process begins by creating a wax pattern that is an exact replica of the final product. This wax pattern is then coated with a ceramic shell to form a heat-resistant mold. When the mold is heated, the wax melts out, leaving a cavity with the precise shape of the original pattern. Molten stainless steel is then poured into this mold, and once cooled, the ceramic shell is removed to reveal a high-precision stainless steel product.

Investment casting is the optimal solution for manufacturing marine components such as propellers, valves, and various machinery parts. Thanks to its high dimensional accuracy and ability to form complex geometries, products from this technology not only ensure aesthetic appeal but also achieve exceptional durability and high wear resistance. In particular, the corrosion-resistant properties of stainless steel, which withstands harsh environments, make it ideal for marine applications. Investment casting technology enhances the operational performance and lifespan of marine parts, contributing significantly to the sustainable development of the maritime industry.
